A quick guide to getting the right fit, keeping your copper looking good, and the questions we hear most.
What to expect
Your first 30 days
Copper works best as an everyday habit, not something you try for a day or two. Here's how to get the most from your first month.
Day 1: Get the fit right
Adjust the size so it sits comfortably, then put it on and leave it on.
Week 1: Make it a habit
Wear it every day, all day. Only take it off to shower or swim.
Weeks 2 to 3: Keep going
Don't give up early. Wearing it every day is what matters most.
Day 30: Your check-in
After a full month of daily wear, see how you feel. Any questions, our team is happy to help.
Please give it at least 30 days of daily wear before deciding how you feel about it.

Step one
Getting the right fit
It should sit comfortably with room to slide one finger underneath. Too loose? Use the sizing tool in your box to take out links. It only takes a couple of minutes.
Watch: adding or removing links
Keep any links you remove somewhere safe. You can always add them back later.
Step two
Looking after your copper
Copper is a natural material, so it can slowly change colour over time, especially with moisture, sweat, air and everyday chemicals.
We add a thin protective coating to slow this down. It can't stop it completely, but a little care keeps your bracelet shining for longer.
Good to know
Colour changes and green marks are normal
As copper reacts with air, moisture and your skin's natural oils, it may darken or develop a patina. You might also see a light green mark on your wrist.
This is a natural reaction between copper and skin. It's generally harmless and washes off with soap and water.
Everyone's skin is different, so some people notice it more than others. If your skin feels irritated, take the bracelet off and get in touch. We can swap it for our Titanium bracelet.
Everyday care
Remove to swim or shower
Avoid perfume & lotions
No harsh cleaners
Store dry when not worn
Cleaning
Gently wipe it with a soft, dry jewelry polishing cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning products, abrasive materials and chemical cleaners, as they can damage the protective coating.
Storing
Make sure it's clean and completely dry, then keep it in a jewelry pouch or sealed plastic bag to limit air and moisture.
“Very cool and solid bracelet. It looks and feels great. Easy to adjust the size using the special tool included in the shipment.”

Common questions
Which wrist should I wear it on?
Whichever feels most comfortable. Many people wear it on the side that bothers them most, and some wear one on each wrist.
Can I sleep in it?
Yes, if it's comfortable for you. Just take it off for showering and swimming.
Why is my bracelet getting darker?
That's the natural patina of real copper. It's not a fault and the magnets are not affected. A dry polishing cloth brings the shine back.
There's a green mark on my wrist
This can happen when copper meets sweat or moisture. It's harmless and washes off with soap and water. Keeping your bracelet clean and dry helps prevent it.
Is it safe for everyone to wear?
Please do not wear magnetic jewelry if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator, insulin pump or other implanted medical device, or if you are pregnant. If in doubt, check with your doctor first. Our Pacemaker Safe bracelet is pure copper with no magnets.
What if I'm not happy with it?
We advise wearing it daily for at least 30 days to get a true understanding of whether it's right for you. If you're still not happy after that, get in touch and our team will help. You'll find full details in our refund policy.
