Where is my order / how long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email (check your spam folder if you don't see it). Don't be alarmed if the tracking doesn't update straight away — it can take the courier a little time to scan it into their system once it's picked up from our warehouse.

Are your bracelets genuine copper, and how do I avoid fakes?

Every Willis Judd bracelet is made from pure, solid copper, never plated - and each one is handmade. Because genuine copper jewellery is in demand, you'll sometimes see cheaper imitations sold elsewhere using lower-grade or plated metal. To be sure you're getting the real thing, only buy from our official store.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We pack fast! If you need to change or cancel, email us at straight away and we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped we can't change it,

I have a pacemaker / medical device — is it safe to wear?

Our bracelets contain magnets. If you have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or any implanted medical device please do not wear. Please see our none magnetic copper bracelet
